ROWE Bernard 'Joe' Peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 11th November 2023, aged 93 years. Dearly loved husband of Pauline. Beloved father of Julie, Richard and father-in-law of Paul and Joy. Adored grandfather of Hannah, Sophie, Daniel, Ilissa, Michael and great grandfather of Bella and Emilia. Joe was a great crown green bowler playing at many venues across Ellesmere Port and Chester. Joe will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Monday 11th December 2023 at Chester Crematorium at 12:00 p.m. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Coronary Care Unit at The Countess of Chester Hospital would be gratefully received.
