GARNER Deborah Karen 'Debbie' peacefully passed away at Hospice of the Good Shepherd on 11th August 2024, aged 64 years. Dearly loved wife of husband Simon. Beloved mother of James, Sam and Bethany and mother-in-law of Becky. Much loved nan of Franky, Max, Keeley. Adored daughter of Rita and sister of Angela and Gary. Cherished sister-in-law of Wendy and Helen. Aunty of Lewis, Abigail, Douglas, Amy, Jack, Charlie and Millie. Debbie will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Monday 2nd September 2024 at Parish Church of the Holy Ascension, Upton-by-Chester at 2:15 p.m., followed by Committal at Chester Crematorium. Family flowers only please, however a donation in aid of Neuroendocrine Cancer UK would be gratefully received. The Anderson Family have been entrusted with the arrangements. My thoughts are with all of Debbie’s family at this sad time. Take strength from knowing how much Debbie was loved and how much she achieved in life.
I first knew Debbie as a neighbour in Upton Drive. She then followed her mum into nursing and I was privileged as a colleague to see her progress through her career as a compassionate, caring and dedication nurse. As a senior colleague she was always supportive. She was always cheerful, always smiling and always there to help. She was respected and loved by her colleagues in Camhs.
She loved her family and was a friend to many. She deserved a long and happy retirement and I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing .
