THREE fire crews were called out to a person trapped following a crash between two cars, a large goods vehicle and a HGV in Cheshire.
Firefighters attended the scene of the collision at about 7.30am today, (Thursday, May 27).
On arrival at the scene in Holehouse Lane, Macclesfield crews found the incident involved two cars, a large goods vehicle and a heavy goods vehicle. One person was trapped as a result of the collision.
Firefighters used specialist hydraulic cutting equipment to release the casualty, they were then passed to the care of paramedics.
Crews were detained at the scene for about 40 minutes.
