Save the Family is urging people to get out and about and walk 34 miles this month.
A CHESTER-BASED charity is encouraging people to get out and about and connect with friends and family.
Throughout October, Save the Family is running a campaign entitled Walk and TalkTober.
The aim is to walk the equivalent of the 34-mile Sandstone Trail throughout the month.
Walk and TalkTober aims to raise money for a health and well-being fund for the residents at Save the Family.
Save the Family supports homeless families with multiple and complex needs often related to significant trauma.
