A SERIAL Ellesmere Port shoplifter who stole air fresheners, candles and meat has been jailed.
Bradley Rosental, 22, of Sutton Way, pleaded guilty to five shoplifting offences when he appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday, December 10.
He admitted stealing £50 of meat from Iceland on November 4, three air fresheners to the value of £29.97 from Savers on November 21, £30 of meat products from Iceland on November 24, 36 air fresheners to the value of £146.64 from Savers on December 3 and two Yankee candles to the value of £21.98 from Savers on December 5.
All the thefts took place in Ellesmere Port stores, and the court heard he was in breach of a post-sentence supervision and a community order.
Rosental was jailed for a total of 11 weeks and ordered to reimburse the respective stores as compensation.
