A FORMER Italian restaurant in Cheshire West is listed for sale.
The building, located at 15-17 High Street, used to house the restaurant, Vita Bella.
Aiming for a ‘fine dining experience’, Vita Bella opened in Northwich in May 2018.
It was said the ‘high-calibre team’ would bring a new element to Northwich’s restaurant scene and nightlife.
But just a few months later in September, a note appeared on the door of the restaurant saying it had been repossessed.
The building is now for sale, with Rightmove describing as a semi-detached double-fronted retail unit, consisting of a ground floor sales area, first floor, attic office and basement.
The listing adds: “The property is situated on High Street in the centre of Northwich in Cheshire.
“Nearby traders include Waitrose, HSBC and Specsavers.”
It is listed as Price On Application (POA).
