GEMINI Retail Park has been sold for an undisclosed sum.
International real estate advisor Savills, completed the sale on behalf of M&G, to Knight Frank Investment Management, represented by Lewis Ellis.
The shopping centre features three units which are currently let to Boots and Next.
The Next, which includes a Costa Coffee, has had a recent refurb while Boots was rebuilt following a devasting fire a decade ago.
The scheme provides an annual rental income of £1,248,761.
Gemini Retail Park is ione of the most popular out of town retail destinations in the north west.
It is close to an Ikea superstore and large M&S, as well as Porcelanosa and McDonalds.
An Aldi is currently being built nearby on what was an Arnold Clarke.
