A CHART-TOPPING Celtic band will be visiting Chester as part of their Autumn Tour this October.

Having formed in Scotland 24 years ago, Skipinnish have rocketed right to the top of the Celtic music scene in recent years.

Their anthemic songs, "The Island", "Alive", "Walking on the Waves", "Last of the Hunters", "December" and many more along with their powering bagpipe led sets give their audiences an unbeatably powerful musical experience.

They have sold-out gigs across Scotland’s biggest concert halls and music venues and are now taking their hugely popular show to The Live Rooms in Chester, on October 15 at 7pm.

For their Autumn tour, the show will be added to, with some new songs making their debut this year.

Founder member Angus MacPhail said: "We had such a great time with amazing audiences on our last English tour and we cannot wait to return! The support we have had from our English fans in recent years has been truly incredible and the whole band is very excited to be returning South!"
