A NEW street-food and craft beer restaurant is preparing to open its doors in Bebington.
Cow Shed Bar & Grill, on Broadway, will be serving smash burgers, cocktails, craft beers and coffee to its customers.
Owner, Sam Jones, from New Ferry, explained that the restaurant is what the area needs.
Speaking to the Globe, he said: "I’m New Ferry born and bred so I know the area very well.
"If we can get the area a bit like Lark Lane in Liverpool it’ll be great.
"This is just what people need, and it's great to make the area alive again."
Coffee served in the venue will be from independent coffee roasters Adams & Russell and all of the food will be freshly made.
The restaurant will also be the first on the Wirral to serve Conor McGregor's Forged Irish Stout.
Sam added: "It's a family place where you can come in and be with your friends or your kids.
"There are craft beers, good coffee, good cocktails and street food all in one place.
"I'm very very excited to open. It's also creating 20 new jobs in the area and has everything going for it."
Cow Shed Bar & Grill will be hosting a soft opening on Saturday (October 14) from 5pm to 11pm and will officially open on Monday (October 16).
Bookings are only needed for parties over six and it will be open from 12pm-11pm seven days a week.
