THE cost of parking in Ellesmere Port is to rise next month.
From January 17, 2024, it will cost more to stay in any council-run car park in the town centre, while the cost of parking at the Hooton car park will also increase.
Here are the car parks in Ellesmere Port which will have increased car park charges, what the current price is, and what the new prices will be.

- An earlier version of this story said the charges were due to increase from December 14, as a council public notice had indicated. The authority has now confirmed the charges will take effect from January 17, 2024, "to support residents and businesses during the Christmas period".
