A LUXURY spa on the outskirts of Chester has been named as one of the top in the UK.
The AA recently published its list of Top UK Spas, naming Cheshire’s already renowned Spa at Carden as one of the best in the North West.
Only 45 spas feature on the AA Best UK Spa list. The AA accreditation is awarded to those who are set apart thanks to their dedication to delivering transformative experiences, that extend beyond traditional spa offerings.
These spas pair luxury accommodation with cutting-edge wellness practices, with a meticulous focus on relaxation and rejuvenation and exceptional quality, impeccable service, and a holistic approach to rejuvenation.
On the accreditation, Spa Director Emma Pridding said “We’re delighted to be recognised as one of the Best UK Spas by the AA, and feel immense pride that we are able to offer a modern and cutting edge experience, whilst also delivering a serene nature reset within the countryside, for the ultimate wellness pairing.
"Our team are at the core of our success, always going above and beyond for customers, and delivering a full body wellness experience from the moment they step inside, to the highest of standards.”
The Spa at Carden, which opened in 2020, continues to go offer guests new experiences, continually investing in its facilities.
Set in the grounds of the privately owned Carden Park Estate, the 4,500 sqm standalone indoor and outdoor spa facilities include two large vitality pools, an extensive thermal suite, a glamorous beauty lounge and a variety of soothing relaxation spaces.
The extensive state-of-art features offer an expansive multi-sensory experience of wellbeing with numerous thermal experiences and an all-weather Bollinger champagne bar.
At the back end of 2023, the spa was also named ‘Best Spa in the North West’ by industry body the Good Spa Guide, as well as taking home three awards at the World Spa Awards.
