Police are appealing to the public for help in tracing a 33-year-old man from Ellesmere Port.
Gary Smith is wanted in connection to the supply of class A drugs (crack cocaine and heroin).
The 33-year-old is around 5'7" tall, of proportionate build, with short brown hair and blue eyes.
He is from Ellesmere Port and has links to the Chester and Merseyside areas.
