A NEW production based on best-selling novel and blockbuster The Girl on The Train is set to take place in Chester this month.
The psychological thriller will be staged at Upton Village Hall from March 13 to March 16, with performances at 7.30pm.
Based on the 2015 novel by Paula Hawkins and its DreamWorks adaptation starring Emily Blunt, the story follows a divorcee who becomes entangled in a missing persons investigation after catching daily glimpses of a seemingly perfect couple from the window of her train carriage as it passes by her old home.
The production will be performed by Upton Dramatic Society and directed by Mark Prescott.
