TOP chefs from The Chester Grosvenor Hotel are set to showcase seasonal produce at a major upcoming event.
The venue, renowned for its exceptional culinary experiences, is thrilled to announce that its Executive Chef, Elliot Hill, and talented Sous Chef of 3 AA Rosette restaurant Arkle, Will Hampson, will be showcasing their culinary prowess at the upcoming Taste Cheshire Festival at 2pm Sunday, March 31.
The festival, a celebration of Cheshire's vibrant food scene, promises to be a highlight for food enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
Chef Elliot Hill, known for his passion for cooking and commitment to seasonal ingredients, expressed his excitement about the upcoming event.
He said: "I can’t wait to get on stage at this year's festival with our very talented sous chef from Arkle, Will Hampson.
"We get to demonstrate some of the lovely seasonal dishes currently in Arkle, as well as a chance to get a much-needed catch-up with other operators in the Cheshire.
"To have this festival on our doorstep is phenomenal and it’s great to get out of the kitchen, and have the chance to demonstrate what we do on a daily basis. Also, definitely looking forward to sampling some excellent food and having a few cold ones after!"
