A Lithuanian woman found dead in an Ellesmere Port park had taken her own life, an inquest has concluded.
Previously we reported on the death of Gintare Ceidiene, from Gudžiūnai in the Kėdainiai district of Lithuania.
The 31-year-old’s body was found in woodlands at Whitby Park on November 30, 2023.
Cheshire Police were called at the time to reports of concern for the welfare of a woman, and said: "Officers attended and sadly a 31-year-old woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
"There are no suspicious circumstances."
An inquest held at Cheshire Coroner's Court on Museum Street, Warrington on Wednesday, March 27 gave a written conclusion to Ms Ceidiene's death.
Area coroner Jacqueline Devonish said Ms Ceidiene was unemployed, her only known address had been in Lithuania and the medical cause was death by hanging.
The inquest gave a conclusion of suicide.
