FIRE crews attended a property in the centre of Chester yesterday (Monday, May 13) to clear plumes of smoke from the kitchen.
Two fire engines were called to North Street, Boughton at around 5.55pm after a property had become heavily smokelogged.
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “A property was left smokelogged after cooking had been left unattended.
“Firefighters in breathing apparatus used a high pressure fan to clear smoke from the ground floor.”
