Youngsters at a Chester primary school have been having fun with art and crafts thanks to a team project with a community group.
The Here and Now social activity group for older people in Blacon has welcomed pupils of Arches Primary School for the art project, with the assistance of ArtJam artist Jan Cavanagh.
Collectively, they have embarked on a three-month art project, which will culminate in it being displayed in the school's garden, as well as Hope Garden at United reformed Church.
Titled Fairy Garden, members and children will create clay and fabric items together.
This project has been made possible by a grant being awarded to Here and Now via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Cheshire West Voluntary Action's Creative Arts Grants programme.
