POSTCODE Lottery players in one Ellesmere Port postcode are £1000 richer this morning (Thursday, June 6) after they were selected as one of 20 winning locations in the daily jackpot draw.
The lucky postcode – CH65 9EB – is located on Brancepeth Court, near Cheshire Oaks.
All players in the postcode will receive the £1000 prize, which today comes courtesy of the Postcode Earth Trust.
The People’s Postcode Lottery manages draws for more than 20 different postcode trusts, meaning players have a chance to win every day of the month.
Prizes range from £1000 to a share of £1m.
A third of subscriptions are given to charities and good causes, with more than £1.3bn having been raised so far.
