A Chester-based Community Theatre company has announced the return of its popular Pantomime after several years away.
Tip Top Productions, will stage "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" at William Aston Hall at Wrexham University.
It will run from Thursday, December 5 - Saturday, December 7 with auditions to commence this month.
Tip Top's Pantomimes before the Covid pandemic were held at their regular venue, the Forum Studio Theatre in Chester.
The company is looking forward to reviving this festive tradition for families across North Wales and Chester.
This performance will be both written and directed by local panto legend Peter Swingler OBE, founder and former chair of Tip Top.
Speaking about the return of Tip Top's Pantomime to Wrexham, Mr Swingler said: "I am thrilled to return to Wrexham’s William Aston Hall, where my pantomime journey began in 1973."
He also added: "I am very much looking forward to getting started on the production, starting with auditions which will be held in June."
Casting will start soon with roles available including Snow White, Prince RobRyan, and a lovable rabbit character - which is certain to be a hit with younger audience members.
Intended performers can directly apply by contacting Mr Swingler via email on swinglerp@gmail.com.
Alongside this, Tip Top Productions are gearing up for other performances including the classic Broadway musical "Sweet Charity" at Theatr Clwyd; and "Bouncers", a perennial favourite set to run at Storyhouse in Chester in August.
The Autumn will see the Theatre Company return to Storyhouse with "Tip Top at The Musicals", a special celebration of epic tunes from Broadway and the West End’s legendary musicals.
