A CHEF from one of Chester’s finest restaurants will be taking charge of the PARADE kitchen at Chester Racecourse for a one-off dining experience on Saturday, July 27.
Executive Chef at The Chester Grosvenor, Elliot Hill, will take over service at the Midsummer Meeting next month.
Offering modern, seasonal, British cuisine as his signature, award-winning Elliot promises outstanding cuisine coupled with the intimate and luxurious atmosphere for which PARADE is renowned.

Situated at the heart of action alongside the finishing post, PARADE provides a 360-degree of the whole racecourse from its private roof terrace which hosts just 70 guests.
