LUXURY hotel The Chester Grosvenor has announced the appointment of its new hotel manager.
Neil Butler will take over the reins of the five red star city centre hotel, bringing with him over 25 years of hospitality experience.
Neil has previously served at as Operations Manager at boutique five-star Manchester property Hotel Gotham, and most recently as Hotel Manager at Hotel Brooklyn Manchester, both of which are Bespoke Hotels properties like the Grosvenor.
Neil’s extensive experience extends beyond Bespoke Hotels. Working previously with MacDonald Hotels and Resorts, and notably at Manchester landmark property, The Midland Hotel. Neil’s experience at The Midland Hotel has given him invaluable insight into managing historic, city-centre hotels, which closely parallels his new role as Hotel Manager at The Chester Grosvenor.
The Midland, known for its fine dining restaurant ‘Adam Reid at The French’, also includes an afternoon tea service, meeting and events facilities and luxury spa, all of which has equipped him with the expertise required for The Chester Grosvenor.
