CUSTOMERS of a series of hotel, including one in Chester, are set to benefit from the launch of loyalty app.
Castlebridge Hospitality have launched Lifestyle Concierge, aimed at rewarding its customers with specific events, offers and experiences. The firm is a privately-owned hotel management company that manages Hotel Indigo Chester, as well as Hotel Indigo Coventry, Hotel Indigo Bath, Hotel Indigo Stratford upon Avon, Holiday Inn Winchester, and Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport.
Over the next few weeks, the app will feature offers from the six hotels, their restaurants, coffee lounges and spas, including The Forge at Hotel Indigo Chester. Customers can collect stamps each time they visit and earn rewards.

Offers will change monthly and will include hotel discounts, free private room hire, arrival drink of choice on a customer's birthday, 15% off Monday to Thursdays, members only events/experience new menu tasting, 10% discount of pre-sale events, exclusive partner offers, a free bottle of wine with dinner and a complimentary coffee.
