AN 11-DAY festival is returning to a village in Cheshire this week.
Each year, residents look forward to welcoming Lymm Festival back to the village.
It first launched back in 1999 and has grown over the years, with it now hosting more than 40 events.
This year, Lymm Festival will take place from June 20 to June 30.
There will be plenty of events and activities including the popular FoodFest on Thursday which is the opener for the event.
It takes place in the centre of the village and allows visitors to indulge themselves in a gourmet selection of treats from restaurants, bars, and food outlets in Lymm as food stalls line the streets.
Other activities and events include Festival Music Night on June 22, the Lymm Historic Transport Day on June 23, and a Festival Family Fair on June 29.
