A charity which supports people across Cheshire and North Wales has appointed a new trustee.

Jane Entwistle, co-founder of leading Chester agency Entyce Creative, has accepted the role of trustee of local charity, SHARE.

SHARE stands for Supporting Homeless Assisting Refugees Everywhere and is known for helping people who are homeless, families in crisis and refugees worldwide.

Ms Entwistle's appointment comes as part of Entyce Creative's commitment to expanding its charitable outreach.

Entyce, the first B Corp certified agency in Chester, is known for contributions to charities in the area, including Hope House, the Countess Charity and The Unbeatable Eva Foundation.

The agency also created the famous logo for SHARE in 2015 when they were established.

Ms Entwistle said: "I’ve known Adam Dandy, the founder of SHARE, since 2007 when our paths first crossed and I’ve always admired his passion and drive for not only running a successful business in Dandy’s Topsoil, but also using his position and strong leadership to help others.

"I am honoured to have been invited to join SHARE as a trustee to help support the growth and awareness of a brand that Entyce has been a part of since its inception."

Mr Dandy, co-founder of SHARE, expressed his delight at Ms Entwistle's acceptance of the role.

He said: "We were over the moon when Jane accepted our invitation to become Trustee of SHARE.

"Over the last 9 years, SHARE has managed to make a positive impact on the lives of people in crisis thanks to the hard work of our team and the kindness of others and I am certain that with this appointment, that impact will be even greater.

"I’ve known Jane and Entyce a long time and I couldn’t be more grateful of the support they have given us."
