THE transformation of a former commercial building in the city centre is approaching completion.

Centurion House on Northgate Street is being turned into 28 luxury apartments by Blueoak Estates,

The development will officially launch on  July 6, when buyers will be able to view the luxury penthouse show apartment and tour the private communal courtyard garden.

The ambitious scheme sees the rebirth of a once unloved and neglected building to become a space for luxury living within the city walls, just a stone’s throw away from Chester’s thriving highlights.

Centurion House includes 28 one and two-bedroom apartments. The scheme offers lift access, a secluded communal garden located in the centre of the building, private secure parking, views across the city and Clwyddian mountains to select units, with views of Chester Cathedral to others.
