CREWS were called to tackle a fire involving a toaster at a property in Chester.
Two crews from Chester attended the incident on Birch Muir, Blacon shortly after 6.30am today (Saturday, July 13).
The fire itself had been extinguished prior to the arrival of firefighters, who were required remove smoke from the area with a large fan.
One person suffered smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene, Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said.
Crews were there for just over an hour.
