THOSE interested in new homes being built in Daresbury can now register for VIP access.
Dozens of people have already made Bridgewater View at Daresbury Garden Village their home, with hundreds more ‘eagerly awaiting’ the opening of new show homes.
And now that developer Castle Green Homes has moved out of the original show homes, five ‘very important properties’ are due to open soon.
These include four new show homes and a new sales centre.
Those who have registered their interest will be offered exclusive early access before they are opened to the general public.
Sian Pitt, sales director for Castle Green Homes, said: “More than 50 homes at Bridgewater View are now occupied and we’ve temporarily closed the sales office while we relocate into new show homes on phase two.
“We have a database of around 500 people who’ve enquired about moving here and so we’ll be giving them priority when we open the new show homes.
“The views from this part of Bridgewater Garden Village are phenomenal.
“When visitors look out of the show home windows down to the Bridgewater Canal, they’ll see exactly why we chose the development name and the stunning scenes they could enjoy.”
The new show homes will showcase examples of four-bedroom detached designs – the Chatsworth and Wiltshire – plus, a pair of three-bedroom detached properties – the Stratford and Windsor. A four-bedroom Heatherington will house the sales centre.
The new show homes at Bridgewater View will be open daily from early August. For more information, including the latest availability and pricing, see https://www.castlegreenhomes.uk/our-developments/north-west/bridgewater-view.
