Members of West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce took a trip to visit Cheshire Military Museum earlier this month.
The morning event, which included a museum tour, was kickstarted with a breakfast sponsored by Chester consultancy firm, Marketing PRojects.
The breakfast meetup gave chamber members an opportunity to network, before settling down for a talk on the museum's historical background and its displays.
Following the talk, guests were divided into smaller groups and led on a tour of the museum.
They experienced the story of Cheshire soldiers from the 17th century to the present day, through the museum's impressive exhibits, film archives, interactive displays and scenes.
The museum, located in Castle Square, not only entertains visitors but also hosts educational visits.
Mike Huntriss, vice chair of the Friends of Cheshire Military Museum, spoke to the crowd about the museum's future plans and challenges.
The event was fully booked and will be included in the Chamber's events for next year.
