Two men who were arrested following a police pursuit have now been charged with multiple offences.
Jake Fagan and Connor Mitchell were arrested on Thursday, July 18, following a pursuit which began in Ellesmere Port and ended in Chester.
Fagan, 28, of Exeter Road, Ellesmere Port, has been charged with receiving stolen goods, dangerous driving, possession with intent to supply class A drugs, driving without insurance, affray, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, possession of a bladed article, possession of an offensive weapon, and criminal damage.
Mitchell, 29, of Farmdale Drive, Elton, Chester, has been charged with possession of a bladed article in a public place, possession with intent to supply class A drugs, criminal damage, affray, and receiving stolen goods.
The charges of receiving stolen goods, and dangerous driving for Fagan, are in relation to a Yamaha MT-07 motorcycle. For the criminal damage charges, Mitchell is accused of damaging a Ford Fiesta window in Ellesmere Port, while Fagan is accused of damaging an internal wall in Blacon custody interview room 1.
The possession of a bladed article for both defendants charge sees both accused of possessing a kitchen knife in Regent Street, Ellesmere Port.
They both appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday, July 20, where they were remanded in custody until a hearing at Chester Crown Court on Friday, August 16.
The charges relate to incidents on July 14 and 18.
