TWO fire crews were called out to an incident in the early hours of this morning in a village near Chester.
Firefighters attended the scene on Industrial Estate Road, Malpas, at about 4.30am today (Tuesday, July 23).
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A fire in industrial machinery was put out by firefighters in breathing apparatus using two hose reel jets.
"The crews dampened down and continued monitoring hotspots with a thermal imaging camera until the machinery had completely cooled down.
"They were at the scene for four hours."
