HERE is your first look behind the scenes at a revamped café in a popular Cheshire store.
Work has been ongoing for a number of weeks at Marks and Spencer’s Gemini store as part of a ‘top-to-bottom transformation’.
M&S says the aim is to ‘enhance the shopping experience of customers’, and it has thanked customers and staff for their patience while the work is carried out.
Now, the store has teased photos of the revamped first-floor café which will be reopening on Monday.
A spokesman for M&S Gemini, Warrington, said: “It’s official – our bigger, better and fresher new M&S Gemini first-floor café opens on August 5.
“We wanted to give you a sneak peak of our new seating area, now increased to 230 seats and with even more accessible tables.
“Our new café features brand new digital screens, so you can place your order and take a seat while one of our fantastic colleagues delivers your order straight to your table.
“This means you will spend less time queuing with trays and more time relaxing with friends.
“Not sure how to use one of our digital screens? No problem, we will make sure one of our colleagues are on hand and ready to help.
“Our ground-floor café will be closing on August 4.
“A big thank you to all our customers for their patience while we have undergone our amazing transformation. We cannot wait to see you there.”
