THE former M&Co building in West Kirby has been transformed into new “luxury” apartments.
Hilbre Sands, the latest development by Starship, features four designed floors, comprising eight two-bedroom apartments as well as two penthouse apartments measuring 1111 sq. ft. and 1151 sq. ft.
Each apartment includes private outdoor spaces including a wraparound terrace which offers views of the Dee Estuary, Hilbre Island and Sandlea Park.
The apartment is located on the edge of Marine Lake and features feature a top-spec kitchen and bathroom containing modern and high-end finishes including Porcelanosa units and tiles, quartz countertops and bi-fold doors out to each terrace.
Frameless glazed balconies wrap around the expansive terraces, with large slim aluminium windows finished in a muted bronze tone.
Alongside three floors of living space, the ground floor is made up of two retail units measuring 834 sq ft and 942 sq ft respectively, as well as nine car parking spaces.
