SOUTH Wirral High School says it is "incredibly proud of students' achievements" after receiving their A-level results.

Headteacher of South Wirral High School, in Eastham, Michael Cloherty said: "I am incredibly proud of these students' achievements.

"The seven-year journey they undertake in school is often a rollercoaster, as they navigate not only academic challenges but also the significant personal growth from childhood to becoming aspiring young adults.

"Their success is truly well-deserved. On behalf of the Governors, I’d like to extend my heartfelt thanks to their families for their unwavering support and to the teachers for their dedication to the students' success.

"As always, the most inspiring stories are those where students have surpassed all expectations through their hard work and the excellent teaching they received.
