ACCLAIMED chef Tim Allen is set to take over the kitchen at Wirral venue for one night only next month.
The multi-Michelin star chef is at LOST on Claremont Farm in Bebington on September 16 as part of an autumn schedule of chef takeovers and themed supper-clubs.
No stranger to awards, Tim - owner of Ormskirk based sō-lō restaurant - has an esteemed culinary pedigree.
Over the course of his career, Tim has become very familiar with Michelin Stars. His most recent, his fourth, was awarded to him only this year, just seventeen months after his first ‘solo’ venture, sō-lō, opened its doors.
Featured in all of the major food guides, for Top 50 Gastropubs and Top 100 Restaurants, Tim has also been a competitor on the BBC’s Great British Menu.
Tim promises a 'very special evening of inspired fine dining' on September 16 and has been busy curating a stand-out menu for the evening.
Guests will be treated to a mesmerising, seven course fine dining feast packed with inventive dishes, created with the very best local produce.
His Michelin Star restaurant is based in Lancashire and Tim has worked hard to develop close relationships with a range of farmers and artisan producers, which ensures every dish he creates features a wealth of the most exceptional ingredients.
Speaking about the event Tim said: "The whole team are really looking forward bringing our sō-lō concept to Wirral.
"Lost is such a unique venue and it’s a real honour to follow in the footsteps of Paul and Aiden and continue the chef series with our own special take on fine dining.
"We are excited to meet a whole new group of dining fans, and we hope they enjoy the menu as much as we have enjoyed creating it."
Local chef superstars, Paul Askew and Aiden Byrne have already helped to put LOST on the map with a series of sell-out dining experiences.
Looking forward to the next few months LOST owner Dave Loughlin said: "We were thrilled when Tim agreed to join us. We’ve got some amazing events lined up for the autumn and winter season, so having the sō-lō team kick things off is incredible.
"Both Paul and Aiden are back for some pre-Christmas dates, and we have a few more exciting announcements to come so watch this space."
The supper-club concept has been a huge hit with local diners since LOST opened its doors just over 10 months ago.
To date the team have delivered over 25 sell-out dates, and the stunning barn venue, which is also an exclusive events space has already delivered over 10 magical weddings with a packed diary for the next year and beyond.
