A fast food restaurant on Chester Retail Park is looking to stay open 24 hours a day.
Burger King opened its doors in March this year at a new purpose-built building, featuring a drive-thru facility, delivery, takeaway and dine-in.
Its current hours are 8am-11pm each day.
Now the company behind the restaurant, BKUK Group Limited, is looking to keep it open 24 hours a day, via a licensing application submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council.
The application for the Old Seals way venue requires a late-night licence to be accepted.
The appicant said, as part of the application: "Founded in 1954, Burger King is the second largest fast food hamburger chain in the world."
If approved, it would join the nearby McDonald's restaurant as a 24-hour operation.
