FIREFIGHTERS were called to a late night incident in Frodsham.
One fire crew attended the scene in Ship Street at about 9pm yesterday (Sunday, September 22).
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "A hose reel jet was used to put out a fire involving a shipping container.
"Firefighters then damped down and turned over the contents looking for hotspots with a thermal imaging camera.
"Police were informed as is suspected to have been started deliberately."
