Motorists are being warned of delays this morning on the A55 in Chester due to an 'obstruction on the road'.
Traffic monitoring service Inrix reports the obstruction is on the A55, heading south, by the M53 Hoole Village junction 12.
The road is said to be partially blocked and there is queueing traffic this morning (September 24).
Drivers are advised to take care.
