PROPERTY prices are on the rise, making it difficult to decide where to buy a home of your own.
When it comes to house hunting, many of us will have a list of priorities of what we want from our new place.
For many, a nice spacious garden to relax in during the warmer months comes near the top of that list.
With that in mind, data from the Office for National Statistics has revealed which areas in Cheshire West and Chester have the most and least private garden space.
Churton, Farndon and Malpas have come out on top with a home garden space of 3,285,004 metres square foot.
At the other end of the scale, perhaps somewhat ironically, is Chester City and Garden Quarter, where there is just 182,601 square metres of private garden space.
