A WIRRAL factory has been cordoned off by police after an ongoing incident involving a “protest”.
Emergency services are currently at Teledyne Technologies' Teledyne CML Composites factory on Tebay Road in Bromborough dealing with a number of protesters this morning (Wednesday, October 2).
At around 6.05am, officers were called to the premises to reports of people trying to gain access and causing damage.
Palestine Action has previously said on social media that it was targeting the defence firm Teledyne CML Composites, which it claimed was involved in making parts for Israeli fighter planes.
In a video shared by the group, red paint appeared to have been thrown around the site.

A police cordon is in place and Tebay Road is closed.
Merseyside Police confirmed to the Globe that three people have been arrested and that the incident is “ongoing” and are asking people to avoid the area where possible while the incident is dealt with.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: “We can confirm that emergency services are in Bromborough dealing with a protest this morning, Wednesday 2 October.
“At around 6.05am, we were called to a premises on Tebay Road to reports of people trying to gain access and causing damage.
“The incident is ongoing and we would ask people to avoid the area where possible while the incident is dealt with.”
