A TOTAL of seven fire crews were called out to an industrial site in Ellesmere Port.
One fire engine from Ellesmere Port, two fire engines from Chester, one fire engine from Widnes, one fire engine from Runcorn, and two fire engines from North Wales Fire and Rescue Service, attended the scene in Oil Sites Road at about 8.50am yesterday (Sunday, October 6).
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters were called to support the on-site fire service after a report of a fire at an industrial site.
"Three firefighters wearing breathing apparatus conducted checks to ensure there was no leak from a unit handling ethanol."
