LUXURY hotel The Chester Grosvenor is celebrating after its recent win at the Chester BID Customer Service Awards.
Held in the Guild on Watergate Street on Thursday (October 10), the Grosvenor was recognised for its exceptional hospitality, with the hotel receiving the coveted ‘Best Hotel and Accommodation’ title.
