A woman who threw a glass against a wall at a Chester pub has appeared before magistrates.
Sophie Settle, 40, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to charges of threatening behaviour and possession of cannabis at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 22.
Prosecuting, Laura Wood said it was at 3.20pm on September 22 when Settle was at the Town Crier pub, talking to a group of men, and asked them to buy a drink for her, but they refused.
In response, Settle picked up a glass and threw it at the wall.
The manager of the pub asked Settle to leave and not to come back, and Settle responded swearing and shouting.
She told the pub manager: "Just wait until after your shift – you don't know who you are messing with."
When police arrived, they found Settle was also in possession of cannabis in her pocket.
Settle had one previous conviction for two offences in July of thefts.
Defending, Catherine Higham said Settle had entered a guilty plea, so should receive full credit.
Magistrates adjourned sentencing for Settle until December 23.
