ELLESMERE Port-based contractor, Precision Facades, took on a varied range of events as they raised thousands for charity, SHARE.
Director, Steve McGowan and Estimator, Phil Latham, presented the final amount, an impressive £8,130 to SHARE Co-founder, Adam Dandy, last week.
The total amount was raised across three separate events; a team hike up Wales’ highest mountain, Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa), in June, a charity golf day at Carden Park in September, and a year-long challenge of athletic events including the Chester Triple and Tour de Manc completed by Phil Latham.
Chester-based charity SHARE aims to support people without a home, either in the UK or abroad by providing basic needs such as a warm meal, a safe place to sleep or access to vital resources that can help individuals or families get back on their feet.
Director of Precision Facades, Steve McGowan said:
“I’m incredibly proud of our amazing team who have gone above and beyond in raising these funds for SHARE, a local charity close to our hearts. Between them, they’ve organised these events, asked friends and family to donate and encouraged others to take part. Well done everyone!”
Adam Dandy, Co-Founder at SHARE adds:
“£8,130 will make a huge difference to what we do at SHARE, and we’d like to thank the entire team at Precision Facades for committing their time and energy to raising these vital funds for our charity. We truly appreciate it.”
