The late home of ATS Euromaster has been listed for sale by property consultants, Gerald Eve.
The servicing centre in Knutsford closed down earlier this year.
It is now being marketed as a ‘refurbishment opportunity’, subject to planning, and is available immediately.
The mid-terrace property is made up of a reception and a workshop on the ground floor, and a storage area on the first floor.
Located on Malt Street, off King Street, it is directly opposite a public pay and display car park with more than 100 spaces.
