A senior carer has received a prestigious award.
Mandy Hughes, from Tarporley, has received an award for her 20 years of service at Barchester Healthcare.
Ms Hughes, who started in October 2004, is now a senior carer at Iddenshall Hall & Beeston View, where she works with care home residents and their families.
Ms Hughes said: "I'm just so proud and privileged to have worked here for 20 years.
"It is such a long time and part of my life – I intend to see many more years of working here too."
Adele Keenan, employee services director at Barchester, said: "I'm always pleased to hear stories about the long service of Barchester staff and am delighted Mandy has achieved this milestone.
"It is dedication like this that ensures our residents are provided with a happy place to live."
Kirsty Jones, general manager of Iddenshall Hall & Beeston View, said: "We're delighted to be celebrating 20 years of loyal service with Mandy.
"She has demonstrated her dedication and loyalty to this home and its residents year after year.
"I speak for all of us here at Iddenshall Hall when I say that I'm looking forward to many more years of working with Mandy."
