FIREFIGHTERS were called out to an early morning incident in Chester.
One fire crew attended the scene in Byron Close, Blacon, at about 6.40am yesterday (Saturday, November 9).
A spokesperson for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish a wheelie bin fire.
"It is believed to have been started deliberately."
