POLICE have warned of multiple bridge swings.
Northwich North Police have taken to social media to warn residents of a number of bridge swings planned for this week.
The Canal and River Trust will be swinging two bridges today (November 11).
Sutton Swing Bridge will be in action first, at 12.30pm, followed by Acton Swing Bridge at 2.30pm.
On Thursday (November 14), four bridges will be in operation.
Hayhurst Swing Bridge will swing first, at 9.30am, followed by Acton Swing Bridge at 10am.
In the afternoon, Sutton Swing Bridge is scheduled to swing at midday ahead of Winnington Swing Bridge at 1.30pm.
Northwich North Police have warned that these swings usually take around five minutes.
However, they could take up to 20 or 30 minutes.
