George Gordon Fairbrother

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of George Gordon Fairbrother on 29th October 2024 at the Countess of Chester Hospital. He will be deeply missed by all his family. Loving husband to Brenda and devoted father to Jacqueline and Andrew. Funeral service to be held at Chester Crematorium on Monday 25th November at 10am. All enquiries to W.  Robert Martin Hubbert

‘Rob’ Passed away suddenly at home on 19th October 2024, aged 50 years. Dearly loved Husband of Sharon. Adored Father of Grace and Rose. Beloved Son of Joan and the late Sam. Beloved Brother of Sammy, Mark, John and Joanne, Brother-in-law of Mandy, Sam and Gary. Much loved Son-in-Law of Billy and Ronnie and their family. Rob was also a dear Nephew, Uncle and Great-Uncle. Rob served with The Royal Engineers before a 26 year career at Vauxhall Motors. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Thursday 21st November 2024 at Chester Crematorium at 3:20 p.m. Rob’s family ask mourners wear a poppy in memory of Rob.  Enid Elsie Humphreys

Peacefully passed away at Countess of Chester Hospital on 6th November 2024, aged 83 years. Reunited with Jimmy. Dear mother of Neil, Graham, Andrew and mother-in-law of Denise, Jacqueline, and Anne. Beloved grandmother of Jonathan, Samantha, Matthew and great grandmother of Noah. Cherished sister of Irene, and aunt of Karen and Angela. Enid was an active part of St. Thomas Church, Ellesmere Port and a member of The WI, Mother’s Union and Van Leer Club Secretary. Enid will be greatly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral Service to be held on Tuesday 3rd December 2024 at St Thomas Church, Ellesmere Port at 10:30 a.m., followed by Committal at Chester Crematorium.
