A CHESTER property management company is celebrating a landmark achievement after picking up two awards in London.
Estates Property Management, based at Riverside House in Saltney, picked up the two accolades at the prestigious News on the Block Awards, held at the Honourable Artillery Company (HAC) in London on Thursday, November 21 and presented by comedian and TV personality Leigh Francis (Keith Lemon).
Staff member Sian Bury was named New Property Manager of the Year, while Director Danielle O'Brien earned the Highly Commended award for Regional Property Manager of the Year.
Danielle said that the victories were just another step on the journey of the business, which began as small family venture but now covers much of the United Kingdom.
“I’m extremely proud of our entire team,” she said.
“What started as a small operation has grown into a thriving block management company with a presence that now extends from London to Dundee.
